Multnomah Falls

One of the tourist spot I first visited. Multnomah Falls is the second highest all-year-round waterfall in the United States. The waterfall makes the Oregon's number one public destination.

The water falls flow usually changes in winter and spring it flows more water during this seasons.

"The water of Multnomah Falls rushes just twenty minutes east of Troutdale. The Oregon side of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area extends from the Sandy River, all the way to the Deschutes River, nearly 80 miles east.

The gorge holds some of the region's most scenic vistas and leads to hundreds of wilderness areas and recreation destinations, such as Bonneville Dam and Cascade Locks. There are two ways to get to the falls: Interstate 84 east and the Columbia River Gorge Scenic Highway.

The winding road of the scenic highway will deliver you to Multnomah Falls while simultaneously captivating you along the way with breathtaking views of the Columbia River Gorge. Be sure to stop at the Vista House at Crown Point, as well as the many other rest stops and view points.

Multnomah Falls is the second-tallest year-round waterfall in the nation. The water of the Falls drops 620 feet from its origin on Larch Mountain. Unusually cold weather can freeze the plummeting water into a majestic icesicle."

Travel From Coast to Coast

Migrating here in the United States of America is a new road to take. So many changes I have to embrace. I would like to share to you all the journey I take since I moved here in the United States. This includes my thoughts, opinions, places I visited in the different countries, and what I think of the new spot I visited. I am going to start my journey's thoughts from January 27, 2003 because this is my very first day I arrived here in the United States.

PlacesMustSee you may wonder with the title, this because I traveled so many different places and I love to share my experiences with you.

Come join and explore with me with different places that We Must See in the around the globe.

Exploring Downtown Portland

Portland was my home for about three months before we moved to another state. I lived in Hillsboro, OR for a little while and enjoy the beauty of Oregon. Our house was walking distance to Amtrak so when my husband is gone for work I have to do something fun for myself. For me not to just sit around the house I ride and check out neighboring town and stores.

Though I walked around by myself because I don't know anybody I had a lot of fun checking out different places, talk to different people and checked different stuff I haven't seen in the Philippines.
